What will happen to my Mountain Rewards Points?
Your Mountain Rewards points will not expire or change during our temporary closure.
What will happen to my tier level as a player?
We recognize that our valued-players are concerned about maintaining their tier level. We would like to reassure our players that an extension will be provided, so that players can continue to qualify for their tier.
What happens to my Free Play while you are closed?
We are actively working on how to determine Free Play levels in this unprecedented time. When we reopen, we will issue a fresh set of Free Play offers
What happens to my Mountain Rewards Club account while you are closed?
Your membership is important to us. Your account will remain active through the closure and we are protecting your membership level.
I already have my Birthday Voucher, but I was not able to redeem it before the temporary closure. Will I still be able to use it after reopening?
Yes, of course! We look forward to celebrating your birthday with you, even if it’s belated!
What if I never obtained my Birthday Voucher because of the temporary closure? Will I still be able to get a voucher after the reopening?
Yes, we want to ensure that all of our guests are able to celebrate their birthday with us here at Ute Mountain Casino Hotel. Please see the Rewards Club, after our reopening, for details.
Will my Messenger offers still be valid upon reopening (for example, the Free BOGO Buffet, Free Entree, Etc.)?
Yes, we will be extending these offers so our guests, who have subscribed to our Facebook Messenger, may enjoy once we reopen.
What happens to the entries I had for upcoming promotions?
All March promotions are canceled as of our closure date. Any entries earned for upcoming promotions will be transferred to new promotions, when we reopen, and guests can view their entry balance on our promotions kiosk. No entries will be lost.
What happens to the gift giveaways that were planned before closure? (Example: Pepsi Giveaway)
All giveaways have been canceled as of our closure date. We are working on some very exciting promotions and giveaways for when we reopen.
Are your restaurants open for take-out?
No, at this time all our Kuchus and Snack Bar restaurants are closed until further notice. For take out orders, we recommend you please support your local dining establishments, many of which are family owned and are offering curb-side pick-up.
Are the Travel Centers open?
Yes, for your convenience, the Travel Centers are open as follows:
- Towaoc Travel Center – is open 7 days a week from 5am to 7pm
- White Mesa Travel Center – is open 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm
I have a future hotel reservation, what should I do?
Guests who had reservations during our closure have been notified via phone call or e-mail regarding cancellations. Reservations for future visits can still be made at www.utemountaincasino.com or your favorite booking channel. If you are unsure of travel for a current trip or reservation you already have planned we encourage you to simply postpone, not cancel your stay with us! We will remain flexible with any changes that you need to make.
How do I get a copy of my WIN/LOSS statement for my Taxes?
Your privacy matters. To protect your account information, during the temporary closure, Win/Loss statements are not available. Once operations resume, you can request Win/Loss statements at our Mountain Rewards Club. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
When will you be open and how do I find out?

Will you clean your Hotel and Casino while you are closed?
The health and safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance to us here at Ute Mountain. Not only have we followed all guidelines and directives given to us by the CDC, WHO and other government agencies, but have gone well beyond, in an effort to keep our property clean even when guests are not present. We will continue to sanitize and deep clean up-to and after the reopening.
